Ingredients:
cumin - ginger - cherry pepper - black lemon - white lemon - coriander - cumin - turmeric - bay leaf - star anise - cinnamon - galangal - cloves - black pepper - onion - garlic - sweet pepper - mixture of specialized bounties
Cooking:

1.  In a large saucepan, heat a little oil and add the chicken or meat pieces.
2.  Add chopped onion and stir until wilted
3.  Add two tablespoons of Kabsa spices from "Khairat" and stir well until the spices are combined with the ingredients.
4.  Add chopped tomatoes, washed rice, water and simmer until rice and meat are cooked.
5. Serve the Kapsa hot and enjoy an irresistible flavor.
