Crops:
Hambela – Ethiopian (250g) A dried-processed Ethiopian variety, grown at an altitude of 2000–2100 meters above sea level. Tasting notes: Cherry, caramel, orange, jasmine. Cup description: High sweetness, medium acidity, slight bitterness, medium body.
Shilashli – Ethiopian (250g) An Ethiopian crop from the Yirgacheffe region, processed using a dried method, grown at an altitude of 1800–2000 meters. Tasting notes: orange, lavender, jasmine, bergamot. Cup description: medium sweetness, medium acidity, medium body.
La Plata – Colombian (250g) A Colombian crop with a dried processing method, grown at an altitude of 1800–2200 meters above sea level.
Suggestions: Red fruits, passion fruit, raisins
Cup description: Medium to high acidity, high sweetness, medium to heavy consistency.
Rose Marina – Brazilian (250g) from the Alta Mogiana region of Brazil, dried and processed. Tasting notes: Floral, soft citrus. Cup description: Moderate sweetness, rich texture, soft citrus.
Usage instructions:
· (Qutiti – La Plata – Shalshli) are used 15 days after the date of the chickpeas.
· (Rose Marina) is used 8 days after the date of hummus.
• Store at a temperature between 15 and 25 degrees Celsius.
· The bag should be tightly closed after each use.
Suitable for drip coffee and espresso.
